Hours of Operation

- 3-Hour Sessions start every hour from 9am until 5 pm
- Full Day Sessions are from 9 am – 5 pm
- Night Session are from 4 pm – 8 pm
Lines for the tubing runs close 30 minutes before the end of the session.

SNOW TUBE USE IS INCLUDED – DO NOT BRING A SLED
Ticket prices do NOT include applicable taxes and fees.
All participants MUST complete a Liability Waiver, including 2 & under or 70 & over & Spectator ticket holders.
Liability Waivers are completed electronically after tickets are purchased online. Please complete the waivers before arriving at FSP.
Spectator tickets are for people who DO NOT want to go tubing. They allow people to play in our general snow play areas and use our other amenities.

SNOW CONDITIONS VARY – Snow tubing conditions change continuously. Sometimes our runs are SLOW and sometimes they are FAST.

Park Rules

As a participant at the Flagstaff Snow Park, I understand that Snow tubing may be dangerous. I understand that I must observe the rules below in order to ensure my safety and the safety of others. I also understand that not following these rules may result in the loss of my pass and privilege to stay in the park.

Everyone who enters FSP must have a valid ticket

All participants must review and sign our liability waiver before entering FSP

It is your responsibility to use the snow play area safely

Use caution at all times; trails may be slippery

Observe all signs and posted warnings

Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas

Wait until the lane is clear before tubing

Clear tubing runs quickly

Never cross active runs or move in front of people tubing or moving tubes

Tubing is only allowed in FSP tubes

One rider per tube, except on the kiddie hill

Children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult

Flagstaff Snow Park does not guarantee, road conditions, weather conditions, snow conditions, rain, number of runs operating or facilities/services available. Inclement weather can and does at times affect daily operations and can cause delays and closures at any time. Refunds and credits will not be issued for tickets due to inclement weather or other unforeseen interruptions to daily operations.

FLAGSTAFF SNOW PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are prohibited unless you purchase Reservation Protection during check out. Reservation Protection enables you to cancel your booking AT LEAST 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled START time in order to receive a refund.

Customers can RESCHEDULE their order using the ‘CHANGE BOOKING’ link in their confirmation email. Rescheduling must be completed by the customer AT LEAST 3 hours BEFORE the scheduled START TIME.

YES, We only enable online ticket sales when we are confident we will be able to open.

If we are not sold out, then we do sell ‘Walk-Up’ tickets.
Walk-Up tickets cost more then online tickets.

YES, we limit the number of tickets for both snow play sessions. You can guarantee you have a spot by purchasing tickets online.

EVERYONE who enters the snow play are needs to have a ticket.
Spectator tickets are available for people who will not be tubing.
Kids 2 and under and Seniors 70 and over are $5.

We have no way of knowing. Tickets must be purchased online. We suggest purchasing tickets BEFORE traveling to FSP.

You can use the ‘CHANGE BOOKING’ link in your confirmation email to change your tickets to any other type of available tickets.

You can use the ‘CHANGE BOOKING’ link in your confirmation email to add tickets to your order if there are tickets available.

We scan your ticket QR code at check-in, so you can either add the tickets to a digital wallet, or open them from your confirmation email, or print the tickets out.

If you need to change the names on the waivers, just have the new participant fill out a waiver using the ‘SIGN WAIVER’ link in your confirmation email.

FLAGSTAFF SNOW PARK CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your tickets ONLY if you purchased ‘Reservation Protection’ during check out. Reservation Protection enables you to cancel your booking if requested AT LEAST 3 hours BEFORE your scheduled START time in order to receive a refund. Cancellations requested less than 3 hours in advance will be issued a Gift Card for future use.
If you did not purchase ‘Reservation Protection’ you can re-book your tickets to a different date using the ‘CHANGE BOOKING’ link in your confirmation email.

We are not able check ID cards for service discounts that would apply to online purchases.

Dogs are not allowed near the snow tubing runs, food trucks, picnic tables or fire pit areas.

YES, snow tube use is included with every ticket purchase, EXCEPT for SPECTATOR tickets.

NO, only FSP snow tubes are allowed on our runs.

Double riding is only allowed on our Kiddie Hill (Orange Tubes). On the larger runs, everyone needs to be in their own tube, but you can hold on to the handle of your child’s tube and go at the same time.

We have 8 runs including our kiddie hill.
Most runs have multiple tubing lanes. We open as many runs and lanes as conditions allow.

YES, you can enter or re-enter the Park anytime during the session you purchased a ticket for.

YES, you can bring your own food and drinks into FSP.

All access roads are paved and plowed.

Digital Gift Cards can be used to to purchase available online tickets. Flagstaff Snow Park LLC gift cards are not subject to any fees, and they do not expire.
