SNOW TUBE USE IS INCLUDED - DO NOT BRING A SLED


Ticket prices do NOT include applicable taxes and fees.


*All participants MUST complete a Liability Waiver, including 2 & under or 70 & over & Spectator ticket holders. Liability Waivers are completed electronically after tickets are purchased online. Please complete the waivers before arriving at FSP. 


Spectator tickets are for people who DO NOT want to go tubing. They allow people to play in our general snow play areas and use our other amenities.


SNOW CONDITIONS VARY - Snow tubing conditions change continuously. Sometimes our runs are SLOW and sometimes they are FAST.

Flagstaff Snow Park does not guarantee, road conditions, weather conditions, snow conditions, rain, number of runs operating or facilities/services available. Inclement weather can and does at times affect daily operations and can cause delays and closures at any time. Refunds and credits will not be issued for tickets due to inclement weather or other unforeseen interruptions to daily operations.

Orders can be transferred to an available future date if requested, via email, by 11:59 PM on the day
BEFORE your scheduled session start.  Transfers are initiated by emailing us at info@flagstaffsnowpark.com Please include your order number and the date you would like your tickets transferred to.  Transferred tickets must be used during the same season for which they were purchased. Any unused tickets or ticket credits expire on March 31, 2023.

As per the Cancellation Policy you agree to before purchasing tickets; cancellations must be completed 12 hours before your session start time in order to receive a partial refund.


CANCELLATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE CUSTOMER using the 'Manage Payments' link in the confirmation email.

 Flagstaff Snow Park is located 3 miles south of Flagstaff at Fort Tuthill County Park. From exit 337 off of I-17, proceed West then follow the signs to the Flagstaff Snow Park.

  • ARE YOU OPEN?

    We regularly update the INFORMATION page of this website with our operational status.

  • WHY AREN'T TICKETS LISTED FOR ___ DAY?

    Tickets are listed only when we are sure that we will have adequate snow. 

  • IF I BUY A TICKET ONLINE WILL FSP BE OPEN?

    YES, We only enable online ticket sales when we are confident we will be able to open.

  • CAN I BUY TICKETS WHEN I GET THERE?

    If we are not sold out, then we do sell 'Walk-Up' tickets.  

    Walk-Up tickets cost more then online tickets.  

  • ARE THE NUMBER OF TICKETS LIMITED?

    YES, we limit the number of tickets for both snow play sessions.  You can guarantee you have a spot by purchasing tickets online.

  • WHO NEEDS TO BUY A TICKET?

    EVERYONE who enters the snow play are needs to have a ticket.  Spectator tickets are available for people that will not be tubing.  Kids 2 and under are free.  Seniors 70 and over are also free.

  • WILL YOU BE FULL TODAY?

    We have no way of knowing.  Tickets must be purchased online.  We suggest purchasing tickets BEFORE traveling to FSP.

  • CAN I UPGRADE MY MORNING SESSION TICKET TO AN ALL DAY TICKET?

    YES, if we are not sold out you can upgrade to an all day ticket at our ticket booth.

  • CAN I ADD MORE TICKETS TO MY ONLINE TICKET ORDER?

    YES, if we are not sold out, additional tickets can be added to using the link in your Order Confirmation Email.

  • DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT THE TICKETS I PURCHASE ONLINE?

    No, just bring your order number to our ticket booth to pick-up your tickets.

  • CAN I CHANGE THE NAME OF THE PARTICIPANTS ON MY ORDER?

    Yes, use the 'UPDATE PARTICIPANT INFORMATION / SIGN WAIVERS' link in your confirmation email. n If the waiver has been signed with the wrong name, email us with the correct name.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS AND/OR GET A REFUND?

    FLAGSTAFF SNOW PARK CANCELLATION POLICY

    Customers can CANCEL their order or individual tickets using the 'MANAGE PAYMENTS' link in their confirmation email.


    A $5.00 PER TICKET cancellation fee will apply to ALL cancellations.


    Orders must be canceled AT LEAST 12 hours BEFORE the scheduled START time in order to receive a partial refund.


    Orders canceled LESS than 12 hours BEFORE the scheduled session START time cannot be refunded.

  • CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS TO A DIFFERENT DAY?

    Your order can be transferred to an AVAILABLE future date if requested, via email, by 11:59 PM on the day BEFORE your scheduled session start.  Transferred tickets must be used during the same season for which they were purchased.  Any unused tickets or ticket credits expire on March 31, 2023.


    Transfers are initiated by emailing us at info@flagstaffsnowpark.com Please include your order number and the date you would like your tickets transferred to.

  • TELL ME ABOUT THE GIFT CARDS

    Digital Gift Cards can be used to to purchase available online tickets, they can also be used to purchase items from our Merch Truck.  

    Flagstaff Snow Park LLC gift cards are not subject to any fees, and they do not expire.  


    Flagstaff Snow Park LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • ARE TICKETS VALID ALL DAY?

    We have a morning session from 9 am to 1 pm and an afternoon session from 1 pm to 5 pm.  Tickets are valid for their corresponding session.  All day tickets are valid from 9 am to 5 pm.  Night Session tickets are valid from 6 pm to 9 pm.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

    9 am to 5 pm, conditions permitting.  Some days we are only open from 1 pm to 5 pm.  Night Sessions are from 6 pm - 9 pm.

    Twilight Sessions are from 4 pm - 8 pm.


    Lines for the tubing runs close 30 minutes before the end of the session.

  • DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?

    Unfortunately, because tickets are only available online, we are not able to check ID cards for any kind of service discounts.

  • CAN I BRING MY DOG?

    Dogs are not allowed into Flagstaff Snow Parks snow play areas.

  • ARE SNOW TUBES INCLUDED?

    YES, snow tube use is included with every ticket purchase, EXCEPT for SPECTATOR tickets.

  • CAN WE USE OUR OWN SLEDS?

    NO, only FSP snow tubes are allowed on our runs.

  • CAN I RIDE ON THE SAME TUBE AS MY CHILD?

    Double riding is only allowed on our Kiddie Hill (Orange Tubes).  On the larger runs, everyone needs to be in their own tube, but you can hold on to the handle of your childs tube and go at the same time. 

  • HOW MANY RUNS ARE THERE?

    We have 7 runs including our kiddie hill and Rainbow Zig-Zag run.  We open as many runs as conditions allow.


  • CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER FSP?

    YES, you can enter or re-enter the Park anytime during the session you purchased a ticket for.

  • CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS TO FSP?

    YES, you can bring your own food and drinks into FSP.

  • DO I NEED CHAINS OR FOUR WHEEL DRIVE?

    All access roads are paved and plowed.

  • TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT, WHERE ELSE CAN WE GO?

    Flagstaff Snow Park is the only developed snow play area in Flagstaff, but there are some other snow play options.  Click HERE for a map.

  • A ROAD WAS CLOSED, CAN WE GET A REFUND?

    Flagstaff Snow Park recommends checking the weather forecast for yourself the day before your session.


    How you get to Flagstaff Snow Park is entirely up to you.  If you are not able to attednd  a session you purchased tickets for, you can cancel your order or request to transfer your tickets to a different date.

As a participant at the Flagstaff Snow Park, I understand that Snow tubing may be dangerous. I understand that I must observe the rules below in order to ensure my safety and the safety of others. I also understand that not following these rules may result in the loss of my pass and privilege to stay in the park.

  • EVERYONE WHO ENTERS FSP MUST HAVE A VALID TICKET
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REVIEW AND SIGN OUR LIABILITY WAIVER BEFORE ENTERING FSP
  • IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO USE THE SNOW PLAY AREA SAFELY
  • USE CAUTION AT ALL TIMES, TRAILS MAY BE SLIPPERY
  • OBSERVE ALL SIGNS AND POSTED WARNINGS
  • KEEP OFF OF CLOSED TRAILS AND OUT OF CLOSED AREAS
  • WAIT UNTIL LANE IS CLEAR BEFORE TUBING
  • CLEAR TUBING RUNS QUICKLY
  • NEVER CROSS ACTIVE RUNS, IN FRONT OF PEOPLE TUBING OR MOVING TUBES
  • TUBING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN FSP TUBES
  • SLEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED
  • SMOKING IS ONLY ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS
  • DO NOT REMOVE TUBES FROM TUBING AREAS
  • PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SNOW PLAY AREAS
  • ONE RIDER PER TUBE, EXCEPT FOR ON THE KIDDIE HILL
  • CHILDREN UNDER 7 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT
