ARE YOU OPEN?
We regularly update the HOME page of this website with our operational status.
WHY AREN'T TICKETS LISTED FOR ___ DAY?
Tickets are listed only when we are sure that we will have adequate snow.
IF I BUY A TICKET ONLINE WILL FSP BE OPEN?
YES, We only enable online ticket sales when we are confident we will be able to open.
CAN I BUY TICKETS WHEN I GET THERE?
NO, tickets can ONLY be purchased online.
ARE THE NUMBER OF TICKETS LIMITED?
YES, we limit the number of tickets for both snow play sessions. You can guarantee you have a spot by purchasing tickets online.
Due to COVID-19, we are reducing the number of participants for the 2020/21 season.
WHO NEEDS TO BUY A TICKET?
EVERYONE who enters the snow play are needs to have a ticket. Limited Access tickets are available for people that will not be tubing. Kids 2 and under are free. Seniors 70 and over are also free.
WILL YOU BE FULL TODAY?
We have no way of knowing. Tickets must be purchased online. We suggest purchasing tickets BEFORE traveling to FSP.
CAN I UPGRADE MY MORNING SESSION TICKET TO AN ALL DAY TICKET?
YES, if we are not sold out you can upgrade to an all day ticket at our ticket booth.
CAN I ADD MORE TICKETS TO MY ONLINE TICKET ORDER?
YES, if we are not sold out, additional tickets can be added to using the link in your Order Confirmation Email.
DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT THE TICKETS I PURCHASE ONLINE?
NO, just bring your order number to our ticket booth to pick-up your tickets.
IF I BUY TICKETS ONLINE AND THEN I DECIDE NOT TO GO TO FSP, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Tickets need to be canceled at least 8 HOURS BEFORE the session begins, using the link in your Order Confirmation Email. There is a $3.50 cancellation fee in addition to the $1.50 processing fee that is charged by a 3rd party.
ARE TICKETS VALID ALL DAY?
We have a morning session from 9 am to 1 pm and an afternoon session from 1 pm to 5 pm. Tickets are valid for their corresponding session. All day tickets are valid from 9 am to 5 pm. Night Session tickets are valid from 6 pm to 9 pm.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?
9 am to 5 pm, conditions permitting. Some days we are only open from 1 pm to 5 pm. Tubing run lines close at 4:30 pm.
Night Sessions are from 6 pm - 9 pm.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Unfortunately, because tickets are only available online, we are not able to check ID cards for any kind of service discounts.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
NO. Pet are not allowed into Flagstaff Snow Park.
ARE SNOW TUBES INCLUDED?
YES, snow tube use is included with every ticket purchase, EXCEPT FOR LIMITED ACCESS TICKETS.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN SLEDS?
NO, only FSP snow tubes are allowed on our runs.
CAN I RIDE ON THE SAME TUBE AS MY CHILD?
NO, on most of the runs EVERYONE needs to be in their own tube, double riding is only allowed on our kiddie hill.
HOW MANY RUNS ARE THERE?
We have 6 runs including our kiddie hill. We open as many runs as conditions allow.
CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER FSP?
YES, you can enter or re-enter the Park anytime during the session you purchased a ticket for.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR DRINKS TO FSP?
YES, you can bring your own food and drinks into FSP.
DO I NEED CHAINS OR FOUR WHEEL DRIVE?
NO, all access roads are paved and plowed.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR A MASK?
YES, In accordance with the COCONINO COUNTY MASK REQUIREMENT PROCLAMATION and FACE COVERINGS PRESS RELEASE , The FSP Face Covering Policy requires everyone who enters FSP to wear a face covering. The requirement does not apply to children 2 years of age and under, those whose religious beliefs prevent them from wearing a face covering, or anyone who has a medical condition or disability precluding them from wearing a face covering.
PARENTS AND GUARDIANS OF CHILDREN age 3-5 years old shall use their best efforts to keep face coverings on their children.
FLAGSTAFF SNOW PARK LLC reminds all participants to wear a face covering, but we DO NOT ask about medical, or religious exemptions. Individuals who are prevented from wearing a face covering due to religious or medical reasons are required to maintain a physical distance of 6' or more from any non-household person.
